The Sud de France Arena, also known as the Arena Montpellier, is a state-of-the-art indoor arena located in the Montpellier suburb of Pérols, Hérault, in the south of France. It opened its doors in September 2010 and has quickly become a premier venue for concerts, sporting events, and conventions.

With a concert seating capacity of 14,000 spectators and a capacity for sporting events ranging from 10,700 for basketball to 7,500 for tennis tournaments, the Sud de France Arena is one of the largest indoor arenas in France. It has hosted a wide range of events, including the FIBA EuroBasket 2015, the 2017 World Men’s Handball Championship, the UCI Urban Cycling World Championships in 2021, and the World Figure Skating Championships in March 2022.

The arena’s versatility is further enhanced by its ability to be reconfigured for different events. It features a modular design that allows for various seating configurations, as well as a large exhibition space that can be used for trade shows, conventions, and other events.
